Schedule a time and place over email. Met with the hiring manager at a cafe, asked me interview questions. After I finished, manager told me to wait 7-14 days for a follow up, not specifying by phone or email. I got a phone call later that week for deliberation.

Explain a time when you were put in an uncomfortable position? What did you do?
Super easy and fast, they were very friendly and I felt completely comfortable. We went over the basic interview questions and I felt confident in my answers. The interviewer was very upbeat and kind, it took some of my nervousness away.
