I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Trader Joe's (Littleton, CO) in Feb 2016
Interview
Store is not yet open. I wish I would have done research on the company because they are looking for employees that are loyal to their brand. My resume/work history is solid but they weren't looking for that.
Interview questions [1]

It was really easy, they ask you basic questions and about previous work experience. They want you to be bubbly and friendly, and want to know if you’re a good time player.
