Was called for an initial phone screen by HR. The call went well and I heard back a week later to schedule an in-person interview. The interview was completely behavioral based. The team was nice. I was told they were more interested in a culture fit. I thought OK, I have like 400 friends and I have client relations proof, and 15 high level clients I told the team if they needed that as well. I am extremely personable and bring an electric personality. So I'm wondering if they need a very young person to hire? I'm not old but if their looking for a 20's type person, thats not me. I answered their lack lusterios behavioral questions thorough and precise. I was suited up, clean cut, and very upbeat. Overall, its a waste of time to go through all this preparation as I understand they brought in 15 candidates for 2 positions. Are you incompetent in minimizing the candidate pool to 5 for 2 positions?
Since then I read many unhappy Account Managers reviews who have left the company. "BTW", my interview was in late February and now its May; and gthe job is open again on indeed. Stay away from this company or at least read some reviews before you put in hours and weeks of interview prep.
