Extremely long and seven rounds of interviews. First with the recruiter, then online assessment, hiring manager, hm's manager, hiring manager again and the COO. It shows well on your end when you follow up with the HM or the recruiter and also send thank you notes.

I just took the 1st HR Screening interview. The interview questions were typical screening aspects and also checking the candidate's english level.

Avoid this company no matter how desperate you are.
Highly outdated process with very rude interviewers. One interviewer did not even turn on camera for the interview. Does this company have any respect for the time and effort people put in when interviewing?
They also asked questions such as "How much do you want this job out of 10" , Clearly they are seeing how desperate people are to work in a toxic environment.
I would highly recommend to avoid contact with this company.
