Interview
There was NOT an actual interview because I got tired of the recruiter rescheduling the initial call. He had initially reached me over 3 weeks ago, in the middle of the week. I replied that I was interested, and he had not replied back until next week. At that point, he mentioned that he would reach me the FOLLOWING week. Okay, perhaps, he figured out he was going to be busy. On Monday of the following week, he reached out again asking if we could schedule a call for NEXT WEEK (mind you, it was still Monday). We finally agreed to have a call on the following Tuesday (in 8 days). Today, one day before the call, he contacted me again asking if we could reschedule for later this week OR NEXT WEEK.
Sorry if I had gotten you all confused with weeks "flying by," but I could no longer go along with that, either. The entire situation, as it was, without any explanation, showed utter disrespect for potential candidates. I could only imagine what the rest of the process could have been. Really disappointing, I had hopes for this position.
