I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at TransPerfect (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2016
Interview
First I was contacted by their HR department to ask a few personal questions and about my expectations.
After that short interview, I had 3 more phone interviews with all of the managers of the area.
And lastly a 1:1 interview with one of the managers who flew to Dublin to interview me.
I got the job offer but the interview process was so long that my current employer got time to make me a much better offer that they couldn´t top. That and the reputation of the company (they have some legal issues between the owners) made me refuse the job.

Question 1
They asked all sorts of things across the 5 interviews. They asked me mostly questions about how would I manage some kinds of projects and how would I solve the issues. The questions were easy if you've a bit of experience in the localization business

A bit long process. First one behavioural + technical. The following one was with VP , it was quite easy nothing technical just focused on knowing each other and the role.
Later Another interview with Director which is quite easy like chatting and I had to meet the team face to face later offer Or rejection.
