The process was easy as there were common written questions and you had to reply and show how you handle the player according to his message and how you handle a bit more technical questions. Then, there was a call with a manager in order to show your replying skills on the spot.

Applied on LinkedIn, the recruiter immediately reached out to confirm availability for short interview. Interview was conducted for only 15 minutes where two parties shared information, followed up by an email by the said recruiter that contains the application test (replying to players' inquiries in both English and target language). I was informed on the short interview that I could submit the test submission by Sunday yet the email stated I should submit it within 24 hours timeframe of receiving the application test. Thus a follow up question was made the following day, yet ignored by him although he encouraged me to not hesitate asking any follow-up questions on the interview. Although I submitted the submission on time, I am still under the impression that it was never forwarded to the hiring manager for review. No confirmation from the recruiter that he had received it and passed it along to the hiring manager. I didn't even bother using AI, I took references for each question on the test from my personal sources of templates that are dated prior early 2023, I have 4 years experiences in Player Support. A week later I’ve received a response saying that, "after careful consideration," a candidate has already been chosen—even though I didn’t even get the chance to get on an interview with the manager last week. This kind of gatekeeping is ridiculous, and it's a waste of time.
