TransUnion Frontend Developer interview questions

Phone interview with recruiter. This "tech" recruiter was probably the most clueless I've ever spoken with - barely knew basic terminology, extremely slow at asking questions, and the questions were pointless like "How much experience do you have with HTML?" I've been a developer for 5 years, you could at least infer that basic info. On top of that, on the topic of relocation he said that TransUnion may not pay for relocation expenses - for a tech job, that just doesn't fly.
