Two steps -
1. phone interview with HR - this was to check my communication skills and initial vetting. Once that was done, they were quick to come back to schedule an on site interview.
2. On-site interview - first half was with network engineers who asked lots of practical questions with entire time spent on whiteboard explaining troubleshooting approach and understanding of network drawn out. Second half was with hiring manager - asked a lot of behavioral questions to understand soft skills and compatibility with the team.
