I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Transwestern (Houston, TX) in Mar 2019
Interview
The process was very casual. I only met with the team I would be working on and no superiors. They seemed to just want to know your personality and see if they would like you rather than ask technical questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
asked hobbies and what I do in spare time. Also asked why I chose my major.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Transwestern
Interview
The interview was strange. They were late calling me, and didn't really feel like I got much of a chance to show them who I am. I was basically just read the job description that was online. I guess they had already made a decision before interviewing me.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Transwestern (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Poorly executed with lack of interest from employer. Seemed to have already decided outcome before the interview was halfway over. Not very technical and judgey with regards to appearance and was not going to be useful in helping a career towards real estate
