After applying, the HR contact emailed me to set up a 30-minute interview where we spoke about my general experience and qualifications. I then was sent an assessment test that quizzed me on grammar, mathematical and spatial skills.
Once I completed the assessment, I was contacted to set up an in-person interview with the leader of the marketing and PR team. We had a great conversation, I was asked to complete a skills test, which included writing a press release for a fictional company transaction.
After that interview, I was then contacted by HR to set up a remote interview with the woman who would be my potential manager. Unfortunately, once this interview was completed, I was told that the company would be looking to make a decision quickly and they would be in touch.
I was then essentially "ghosted" by HR. I had to check in to see if there was anything additional that was needed on my end and if there was a timeline that I should expect to hear from them within. HR's response indicated they would be looking to make a decision by the next Monday. Never heard from anyone again.
