Interview
I applied online and received a phone call from a recruiter 3 weeks later, to set up a phone interview. I completed a phone interview a week later, and received an email with an interview date. the following week I interviewed with 5 people; two underwriting managers, a hiring manager, an hr rep and a departmebt heas. About a week later I called to follow up, and was told that the position was given to an internal candidate.

Phone interview went well was not too intricate but also asked a lot of questions that didn’t necessarily relate to the role as I would have thought they should have

Interview
I got an interview setup with a recruiter who broke up a 40 minute call into 2 sections. 1st half was for going over the role and actually asking YOU what do you know about travelers and why are you interested in the position? She also went over my resume with me and asked for highlights/summaries of what I did and why I left. The second half of the role was the infamous behavioral interview. which was okay, I'll put the questions down below
