The process as a whole was fairly poor:
- Before the interview the communication with the 'Talent agent' was great. All emails etc. would be answered very promptly.
- The interview. 2 people interviewing, one of which the technical manager who was not technical at all. I found myself answering the same questions over and over as he didn't understand the answers and his follow up questions would be completely unrelated. Very laid back interview, more of a long conversation. Mine lasted just over an hour.
-Post interview. I didn't receive an answer for over 6 weeks. The same talent agent who had been previously great became cold and unresponsive. I would send multiple emails asking for updates only to be ignored. I asked for feedback and again was ignored.
Overall poor process, I get the impression they are going through a huge transformation and are struggling to do so. Part of the job was upgrading PC's etc. from Win 7 to Win 10 which is too far behind in my opinion
