I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Travelers in Sep 2021
Interview
When I applied I had to pass the behavior/logic assessment in order to interview. The assessment is a little tricky and is not really indicative of who you are as a candidate. Unfortunately, if you do not score enough correctly you cannot interview. I knew I scored high enough because a few days after I received a call from someone in HR. Did a quick 10-15 minute interview. Found out a few days later that I was moving on. Interviewed with a few members of the team and then was informed soon after that I would interview with the director. It was a very fast and straightforward process. Normal interview questions like what would you do in this situation and what skills do you bring.
