This was one the most intense interview process that I’ve gone through. I applied for the position online on 9/4 I then completed the assessment right after that and was contacted by a recruiter on 9/7 for a phone interview. On 9/13 I was contacted for my panel interview which was 9/20, they asked about myself and behavioral questions. It was pretty easy I went on YouTube and watched some videos on how to answer questions using the S.T.A.R method. On 9/27 I was contacted for my final interview with the HR managers- I had that interview on 10/4. Last interview was very personable, they still asked me a few behavioral questions but because I was very interactive they skipped majorly of them. They told me it would take a week or week and half to hear something, I got a call on 10/6 with a job offer . Currently I am in the process of waiting for my background check to clear- completed on 10/7
