Interview
I was recently hired as a participant in the TLDP. The interview process from application submission to offer was about a month. I applied, interviewed in a week and a half (2 in one day - One with HR, one with a developer) and heard back in two weeks. Both interviewers were very involved and wanted to have a conversation with you rather than make it feel like an interrogation.
One of the interviewers even asked "So how was the interview?" to me. That was the first time I was asked that by the person who conducted the interview. I don't know if this is a common practice but it made me feel recognized as human and solidified my interest in working for the company.

Question 1
Entry level questions about programming and typical behavioral questions.
It felt just like a normal interview. You sit in front of two directors and they ask you pretty typical behavioral questions. Tell us a time you x, what made you want to get into leadership, and what would you do if x. They may ask you about your specific experience so be prepared to answer.
