The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers in May 2010
Interview
This company has poor communication skills. Fails to notify applicants of the outcome of interviews. Just plain rude. If an applicant takes time to consider this company as a potential employer, they could at least spend enough time to send an email to notify regarding the outcome of testing and interviews.

Other Claims Adjuster Interview Reviews for Travelers
Had a phone call interview. Was asked 5-6 questions, Smth about my specific experience mentioned in the resume, tell me about a time you worked in a team, why insurance? and some case specific.
The initial phone interview went great. The interviewer told me to expect a call to schedule the next step with the Claims Team.
They never interviewed me so they closed the door before even meeting although I was more than qualified and deserved the interview.
