Informal, very personable, unstructured. Usual questions like why do you want this job? Why do you want to work at this hospital and what are your long term goals? Then manager spoke about the job.

Interview
They ask too many personal questions that have no bearing on your job. If you have any type of disability or need reasonable accommodation- do not apply. They try to find out all of your personal business and press for information that is not related to whether you can perform or not. I actually did not want the job after interviewing with them.
