First contact by phone with HR rep, not really an interview, more of an informally call to see that we're both interested. Actual interview was in person at staff counsel office with 2-3 attorneys of different levels. Conversation included trial experience, practice areas, and workload management. Next step would have been a third interview back with Traveler's corporate. Unfortunately, the timeline for that process extended about a month further. I was already receiving other offers and couldn't delay that length of time.
