I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Travelers in Sep 2015
Interview
I knew from reading the reviews online, the interview/hiring process would take awhile. Applied online, heard back from recruiter that afternoon to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview lasted 45 mins. From there I was told I would be recommended for the next step and that would be a phone interview with hiring manager. That happened 1 week later.
3 weeks later I was flown out for the in person interview and to take the 8 part assessment...which wasn't bad. Interviewed with hiring manager and district manager for an hour and was told I would be notified in 2 weeks.
2 1\2 weeks after my in person interview I followed up with the hiring manager. I was told that the last step was a phone interview with HR director. After speaking with HR a few days later. I received an offer! In all the process took 2 months from initial hr call to back ground check being completed. I think the delay was working out the logistics with everyone's schedules.
Interview was conducted in SMART format. Same question as any other interview. The Interview lasted over one hour. Standard technical and what would you do type of questions. Nothing unusua.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Wisconsin Rapids, WI) in Aug 2022
Interview
Easy questions about very common things that a premium Auditor needs to know. WC, GL...PAAS...NCCI... The questions cover a little bit of behavioral topics too. The second phase (with a manager and/or director) is not challenging if you know your job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Phoneton, OH) in Apr 2022
Interview
Initial interview is very smooth and not difficult. Just an initial contact to get to know you and learn more about you as an individual. Most of the time was spent with the interviewer.
