I scheduled a phone interview with them when I got selected. I was interviewed by two people with one of them asking technical SAS (or R) questions and other one more general ones. It was a rigorous process that took up about 45 minutes. I knew some of the answers already but I did not do good on some questions at all I think. Just be ready to know SAS really good up front I guess.
