Tredence Associate interview questions

I applied online, and initially received a link for a 30 min online SQL assessment(multiple choice ques), which requires one to have a good understanding of the query language. Apart from the online test, I was told there was going to a Technical round, Business round and a Final round through video conference. After passing the online test, I had a one-to-one 45 min Skype technical interview with one of their Senior Associates, who instantly gave me a simple case study from the retail domain, having 3 relational tables(orders, items, users), and asked me to write few advanced SQL queries which would give results to the questions a client would have. These queries required a bit of thinking, and involved outer joins, subqueries, ranking, aggregate functions and datetime functions. I was able to write most of the queries, and after a few days, I was informed that I had cleared the technical round. Till here, my interview experience was good. Thereafter, I waited for 2 weeks for the HR person to schedule the Business interview; he kept saying that he is trying to schedule a time for the interview. After the 2 weeks, he altogether stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. Since I was running out of time, I requested him to speed up the process, but to no avail. It was really frustrating. All the time and efforts put in the first 2 rounds led to nowhere.

The interview process is quite standard, if you're selected, you're given a take home SQL test to solve which is pretty easy and if you clear that round, you'll be scheduled for a technical interview. One needs to be really good at SQL (specifically advanced SQL) to crack any technical interviews with Tredence because you're extensively tested on SQL and couple of projects mentioned on your Resume. If you clear the technical round, you'll have to go through business round where you're asked to solve some business cases, this round is usually hard and you can't crack it unless you've experience in analytics. If you clear the business round, you will have the final co-founder round, I never got to the co-founder round as I couldn't clear the business round.
