There were 3 rounds of interview, one was technical rest 2 are managerial, they keep taking interviews and call for 2 months were not able to release offer letter. i said no to them out of frustation. after so much fuss they started saying the package was the issue, i don't understand that if that was the case ehy keep holding calls and interview for 2 months, my advice is to avoid this company for mid-senior level, they have no cliarity , HR and manager are clueless. the things should have finalized within 2 weeks took 2months. complete wastage of time. there idiotic consultants keeps calling but can't get single thing done. Joining such company would have collapsed my carrer thank God i said no them.
