there were several steps, it was average level of difficulty,
overall , fair enough, fun and good experience
, fast growing company
highly r e c c o m m e n d to apply to the company
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tredence (New Delhi)
Interview
Interview consisted of 2 rounds
Round 1: Technical - Some SQL and Basic Python questions. The interviewer basically gave away that it is the company is client centric and not employee centric. All your skills can go out of the window and you will be expected to learn new skills for a client. You can have access multiple projects in multiple domains, which is good for a fresher but not for a lateral.
Round 2: Technical + Business: Again completely client centric. Both the interviews happened in quick successions. Negative Case Studies were provided on how would you treat an employee and what would you present to the client if the project is lagging.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Tredence (Bengaluru) in Sep 2021
Interview
There were 3 rounds plus a HR round. All the interviews were conducted as per scheduled time and the result was shared by HR on the next day itself. Overall the interview process was very smooth and efficient.
