Tredence interview questions

Long 5 stage interview process. Includes meeting with founder, some senior folks, case studies, technical round and a written test. Technical round was of basic questions on data analytic methods. The interview with senior folks seemed very arrogant. They wanted to boast about why they were disruptive because they are making millions and expanding. However , when i asked details about work - they are vague terms like "advanced analytics " thrown every now and then. Most folks are unexperienced on scale and end to end implementation which was visible on their kind of questions and clarity of business problems they face. I found them smooth talking - but lacking depth. Tell me something other than "advanced analytics" or run of the mill ecommerce projects which any IT behemoth does. Have a unidimensional view of any algorithm or project ( only the one they have seen earlier) . In short - strong sales team but average or below par delivery team. Written test was a set of puzzles lifted from the aptitute tests online with a guesstimation problem added.

There will be a good level puzzle round as written test,followed by 2 tech rounds where they check your technical knowledge basically questions on sql,excel,python (if you include some of these in your cv and the form given by them).But I don't have any technical experience or knowledge so I frankly told them this and they grilled me on my logical approach and problem solving by asking puzzles and case questions and have seen approach towards the sql questions.Final round is with CEO it's an awesome experience he will be asking you some behavioral questions and case questions.All they want is the logical thinking and people who are very talented in all aspects as extracurricular.
