Long 5 stage interview process. Includes meeting with founder, some senior folks, case studies, technical round and a written test. Technical round was of basic questions on data analytic methods. The interview with senior folks seemed very arrogant. They wanted to boast about why they were disruptive because they are making millions and expanding. However , when i asked details about work - they are vague terms like "advanced analytics " thrown every now and then. Most folks are unexperienced on scale and end to end implementation which was visible on their kind of questions and clarity of business problems they face. I found them smooth talking - but lacking depth. Tell me something other than "advanced analytics" or run of the mill ecommerce projects which any IT behemoth does.
Have a unidimensional view of any algorithm or project ( only the one they have seen earlier) .
In short - strong sales team but average or below par delivery team.
Written test was a set of puzzles lifted from the aptitute tests online with a guesstimation problem added.
