My interview experience with TrellisWare Technologies was an absolute waste of time. For a Help Desk Technician position, I was subjected to an exhausting 2.5-hour interview with five people, which is completely excessive and unjustified for this role. The questions often felt irrelevant, and worse, I sensed an underlying bias and unprofessionalism in the way some were asked. There were moments where I felt that certain interviewers were not only dismissive but even jealous of my qualifications, as I hold a Bachelor’s degree and CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications.
This entire process was a frustrating and disappointing experience. It was clear that TrellisWare does not respect candidates’ time and lacks a fair, structured interview process. If this is how they treat potential employees, I can only imagine what it’s like working there. I would strongly caution others before considering an opportunity with this company
