4 stages interview process with sales leaders across the sales region/org.
Refreshing that not the standard interview questions are being asked but instead there seems to be a strong focus on understanding the person, assess their character and motivation.
Good interview process with clear communication throughout. Competitive offers and overall transparency of decision process. I enjoyed meeting recruiters and thought that the questions and topics of conversation during interviews were thoughtful and productive.
