Triage came to my college campus, I applied online, interviewed on campus, then was called in to the office for final round interviews. It was not terribly intense, but the in office interview lasted about 6 hours including a nice lunch. Everyone was very friendly,
The interviewers were incredibly friendly and made the process feel comfortable. The questions were typical behavioral questions that were mainly focused on healthcare consulting and how your skills will apply to it.

Interview
There was a thorough application process that includes cover letter, resume, and transcript. The application even asks for ACT/SAT scores which I thought was unnecessary. They had a long window where they were accepting applications and I got an email back only after the window had closed.
