Interview
Started off with a phone interview followed by two skype interview. When I was invited to their office in San Francisco, everyone was very friendly! There was a fairly easy case study with a little math involved ending in a lunch with some of the current associates! Pro tip: be yourself!
The interviewers were incredibly friendly and made the process feel comfortable. The questions were typical behavioral questions that were mainly focused on healthcare consulting and how your skills will apply to it.

There was a thorough application process that includes cover letter, resume, and transcript. The application even asks for ACT/SAT scores which I thought was unnecessary. They had a long window where they were accepting applications and I got an email back only after the window had closed.
