Interview
An on-campus interview, and then a day-long final round interview consisting of three 45-minute behavioral interviews, lunch and a case study. For the case study, we were asked to look at insurance rates and patient claims and identify underpayments. They went over all the information we'd need to know prior to looking at the cases.
The interviewers were incredibly friendly and made the process feel comfortable. The questions were typical behavioral questions that were mainly focused on healthcare consulting and how your skills will apply to it.

There was a thorough application process that includes cover letter, resume, and transcript. The application even asks for ACT/SAT scores which I thought was unnecessary. They had a long window where they were accepting applications and I got an email back only after the window had closed.
