Applied through university, phone screening, on campus behavioral interview, then flew to SF for their super day at the office. The final round I had an interview with a senior manager, director, demo case study, and lunch with two associates. The entire process was very smooth and enjoyable. Everyone at Triage was very charming and honest and transparent. They make sure you understand what type of work they do while understanding who you are to see if there is a good fit.
The case study isn't a traditional consulting case, instead it's more of a demo of type of auditing they do. The associates leading this portion are very helpful and you complete the case with all the candidates in the room. I don't think I got a perfect score on the case study part so.
Definitely be able to talk about working on teams, using analytical skills to solve problems, and what you like to do on your free time. Most of all tie it all together with your interest in healthcare and how it is a role in your life. Also engage with your interviewer and learn more about them and take advantage of talking to the associates so you can really know what it's like a Triage. Every pretty much wants you to be THE ONE, so this means everyone in the recruiting process is there to set you up for success. Ask all the questions you need!
