I first heard about Triage while browsing through my Career Center portal as I attended one of their core campuses. I met the recruiters at my career fair and I submitted an application pretty soon after. Two days later I had a phone interview with one of the Campus recruiters just to run over my resume and basic why Triage questions. The next week I had an on-campus interview with one of the principals (30 min). He was very friendly and the interview was quite conversation, asking me about my team and leadership experiences and generally getting a feel to check if I was the right fit for the company. Two weeks later they flew me for the on site at their SF office where I had a full day (9 am -2 pm of interviews). My campus recruiters met me there and wished me good luck which I thought was very nice and showed me that they cared about every person they tried to recruit. I had two interviews, one with a principal and one with a manager (each 45 min) which were similar in conversation to that first on campus interview but the material from each interview did not overlap which I liked because I did not feel like I kept having the same conversation twice. After this interview, me and the other interviewees were walked through a presentation on how to do the case study and they were very nice about answering questions. We then had 45 min to finish 3 case studies which were pretty straightforward. After this, an associate and senior associate took me out for lunch (90 min which seemed a little long) and they were also both very nice and honest in answering any questions about the company and the people they work with. Overall, the day flew by and it felt like everyone did what they can to make sure that it was a match for both me and the company and everyone was super nice and welcoming.
