The interview process was pretty standard, but the communication was abysmal. I got through two rounds of interviews and not once did I receive an email from an actual person saying, "We'd like to talk to you... what's your availability?" Instead, I received conflicting meeting invites (several for each interview) and form emails from an automated scheduling system. The process was confusing, impersonal, and dismissive of my schedule. After my second round, I asked HR for the emails of the team I interviewed with to send thank yous. She said she'd send them the next day, but didn't send them for another two days - one day AFTER I received (another automated) email from Trimble saying that they'd passed. Good riddance.
