I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Trimble (Ahmedabad) in Dec 2016
Interview
The overall interview experience was wonderful as it involved in discussing and showcasing my design projects and discussing about them, which in a way allowed the interviewer to assess my levels. After that, they gave me 15 minutes time to ideate the workflow for a design problem and to write / sketch my thought process based on the design problem. After submission, HR Interview happened on phone call after 3 days. Asking about the basic questions and requirements. Overall it was a good experience, but the results of the interview took too long to come.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Trimble in Mar 2023
Interview
Trimble did not respect my interest or value my time.
Internal Trimble recruiter initiated contact with me via LinkedIn. Set up an initial phone call to discuss the role and go through screening questions. Recruiter said I would be recommended to the hiring manager. I never heard from that internal recruiter again, nor anyone else at Trimble. When I followed up, no response.
Trimble: You can do better. It doesn't take much effort!

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Trimble (Dayton, OH) in Sep 2016
Interview
Pre screening with secratery, asking simple questions. Then had a interview with manager, more standard questions. Finally, met with manager again and more of the team. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to. I dressed with a shirt and tie but I don't think they would mind business casual.
