Recruiter call then HM call. At that point, they said another candidate got an offer but then over a week later, they wanted to see if I was interested in continuing. I then interviewed with a principal engineer and was told they'd have a decision. Then they had me interview with someone they said was a manager. After that, they said they were no longer interested. That process took a month and a half. The role was taken down and re-posted, and it looks like it got filled after almost 4 months from initial posting. The company either does not know what they want or is looking for the incredible purple unicorn even though they are not FAANG. That person, because they will check all the boxes and then some, will have 0 room for growth and is a flight risk when the economy stars improving but Trinnex wanted the person that is more perfect than perfect. The person would be in Engineering but would report to Product, which is very strange. The process was not thought out and seemed arbitrary. Recommend avoiding this place.
Unclear process, poor communication, and unresponsive team. The will send you through multiple interviews then follow up with an automated rejection and subsequent ghosting. The interviews themselves are not structured and do not seem standardized. The interviewees appear to have done very little prep prior to the interviews and generally seem to waste your time.
