The interview was very inconvenient, I was not getting the response from the recruiter and had to chase several times regarding the task questions. After the task I thought the interview went really well, however was told that I didnt get the job and got sent a generic response with 0 feedback. I believe that it is crucial for companies to provide feedback after I have spent a good chunk of time working on the task.

Poor recruitment process: The recruitment process was confusing and disorganized. The initial email had a broken link, and there were issues with communication throughout the process. The manager's comment about being a "tough person" was a red flag, and me as a candidate had to wait two weeks without no response after I did a marketing case. Despite investing time and effort, there was a lack of feedback or empathy from the company. Overall, it appears that there was poor organization and communication, and the candidate was not taken seriously.
