Very strange interview process and I was ghosted.
The role was based in London, but everyone I met was based in Shanghai and knew very little about the London office and its team structure.
I had 2 interviews, one with someone from HR and another one with someone who was not the hiring manager as he was 'too busy', but someone who would've been on the same level as me within the team, which I found quite unprofessional.
I felt the questions she asked me were more about how she could improve her performance. I mentioned that the company's USPs must be visible upon entering the site, and she asked me 'how would we find out what our USPs are'? It's slightly worrying that a company of this size doesn't know what their USPs are and is asking interview candidates how to figure this out.
I got ghosted and never heard from them after the 2nd interview. I wouldn't waste my time interviewing for this group again.
