Triple Crown Consulting interview questions

It was a very quick yet pleasant process. I had my first initial phone interview at the beginning of the week and got an offer while on-site for in-person interview. Standard phone interview questions 1 on 1 with manager, and in-person interview I met with one team lead and the manager.

1 phone screen with the corporate recruiter who has no idea about the true look of the company, the working environment, and the nature of the job. 1 phone screen with a team lead (They might skip this step sometimes). 1 on-site interview with a team lead. Sometimes a co-lead joins as well.
