Truly a disorganized and chaotic interview process. I would strongly recommend against applying for this position. I was asked to reach out for a pre-screening phone call, and when I called the number I was given multiple times over the course of 4 days (with the head of HR, no less) I didn't get through until the 6th call. I left two polite messages asking for best times to speak, and even called the front desk a few times to be transferred through, to which the person told me to wait a moment, then hung up on me twice. It was only on the 7th time that she responded, and let me know that I would be doing a phone interview in 1 day's time, non-negotiable (and that the salary for the position was $50,000, also non-negotiable, which to be honest is quite low for a corporate management track). I had a pleasant conversation the next day, made it onto the next stage, and came down to Somerville for an interview. The entire time, the interviewer was emotionless (never smiled or said anything friendly), seemed highly distracted, and refused to answer any of the questions I had for him about the position. I received an email a week later with a rejection, and when I asked for any feedback on why they had declined my application, they never responded. I expected better from a company like this, it was an incredibly agonizing process full of rude people who I would never want to work with if this is how they treat everybody.
