I applied online, got an email about a phone call a few days later. After a brief call, I was asked to come interview in person. For the in person interview, I had to give a presentation answering some questions like how does this position align with your career goals, what does our mission statement mean to you? The interview was almost two hours long and felt very interrogative. They make you submit your college transcript, and the interviewer brought mine along to the interview, and kept it on the table which was very intimidating. The questions basically were telling you how terrible the job is and how you will persevere through that and make sure they get their money's worth on training you.
