I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TruGreen (Salt Lake City, UT) in May 2014
Interview
The interview is relatively short and sweet. You really want an affinity for the outdoors and be customer-oriented. Salt Lake City branches more than willing to give just about anyone with good character a shot at the job and if you're not cut out for one particular position sometimes they try to movie The Others to see if there's somewhere you can fit in the team which I think is awesome.

Question 1
When I first interviewed back in 2011 the sales manager asked me why work at TruGreen? Then he handed me a pen and had me roleplay a cell's process.
Easy. Asked you previous experience, what you knew about TruGreen, if you were able to work 4 10 hour days, etc. They arent going to turn you away, the turn over rate is insane.
Went in asked me if I wanted the job and gave me a bunch of stuff - not great pay. I got a better job doing the same thing with a higher rated company making 25+/hr
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TruGreen in Jun 2018
Interview
Got a call, had the interview and was selected. Went for dot physical, medical clearance and was told I would not move on because of one incident on my background check that I had made known before the interview and at the interview. Was a waste of my time going through everything and their money to decline employment for something they were told countless times about.
