I applied to TruGreen online. A few days later I was contacted by a TruGreen recruiter. The recruiter conducted a phone screening and scheduled a phone interview with the local branch manager. The interview had to be postponed by a few hours due to scheduling issues on their side. The interview went well. The branch manager and I discussed the next step in the interview process, which consisted of a call to someone higher up the food chain. The recruiter contacted me afterwards to tell me that I would be kept in the loop about a second potential interview. I attempted to contact the recruiter after 19 days of radio silence. I didn't receive a response so I tried again 2 days later. No response. TL;DR: Had a phone screening + phone interview with TruGreen reps. TruGreen reps decided to ghost me.
