Contacted by TruGreen recruiter after I applied. Job was listed to be located one town over from where reside, found out job is actually located further then what I expect. Interview was set up with location manager and offered position same day and I accepted. What turned me off was lack of communication. I was never advised of rate of pay nor hours that I'd be required to work. Was told to wait for email with instructions for my 1st day working from home due to Covid-19 and hadn't received information the day before my start date. No way to prepare and make sure tools I need were in place. When I reached out was told I'd get email regarding information by 3pm? Short window of time to prepare to be ready to work the next morning. I passed on position for another job that I was offered waiting for emails from TruGreen. I'm sure its a great company but such poor communication right off the bat had me worried and uncomfortable.

Applied for job online, did not receive a response so had to call in to schedule a interview. Asked resume questions over the phone before scheduling a interview. Interview wasn't super long. Gave a scenario to show what would be done. Interview process runs smoothly. Both in person and virtual interviews are offered.
