The application consisted of three rounds. A screening round, and in person interview on my campus, and a Superday. They brought the LDP graduates from the last program and place a huge emphasis on fit.

The first round was a call from a recruiter and took about 30 minutes - be yourself and not a robot. Final round was very welcoming and took all morning from like 8am to about noon. There were three rounds of interviews with a writing portion that tested creative thinking.
