I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Truist (Irvine, CA) in Nov 2020
Interview
Two rounds of 30 minute interviews. First round with junior bankers, more technical–second round with senior bankers more fit questions. Overall process was fast and had less than a week to accept/decline offer.
The first round was two 30-minute phone interviews. Mix of behaviorals and basic technicals. For the questions, potentially expect multiple follow-ups. After that, you advance to the superday, which is also two 30-minute interviews.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you fell behind on a project deadline?
Technical, case study-like questions in earlier rounds. Superday was mostly behavioral with a couple technical checks to throw you off. Overall just very niche and picky behavioral questions was hardest part.
