I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Truist (Athens, GA) in Apr 2021
Interview
Submit an application, then phone screen, the virtual superday where you will speak to a variety of current employees. Overall it is good to reach out to younger analysts to understand better which group you would want to join because it can vary immensely on culture, workload, etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Talk through the 3 main valuation methods and advantages/disadvantages.
The first round was two 30-minute phone interviews. Mix of behaviorals and basic technicals. For the questions, potentially expect multiple follow-ups. After that, you advance to the superday, which is also two 30-minute interviews.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you fell behind on a project deadline?
Technical, case study-like questions in earlier rounds. Superday was mostly behavioral with a couple technical checks to throw you off. Overall just very niche and picky behavioral questions was hardest part.
