The interview process consisted of 6 Interviews (1 with Protiviti and 5 with Truist business group, eight different team members) between the 3rd party recruiter and the company hiring manager. There should be effective communication between the potential candidate and the business. It's just etiquette after having to go through 6 interviews of the same questioning and with different group members. At the end of each interview there was a feeling of a decision to be made but, led to only more interviews with different team members with whom you wouldn't be closely working, With my skills in controls and risk and 8 years of experience in Data management and visualization my wife and I came to the hypothesis that they were trying to find a group of team members to find a weakness in my skillset but, the function was a small subset of what I have been doing for the last two years. In all, I didn't get a text, email nor call thanking me for the wasted time waiting to think this was a possibility. Last Interview 5/16 I reached 6/20 to confirm the position had not been put on hold or removed. Ally had the decency to inform of that at least.
