Four interviews with the exact same questions asked by each interviewee. Found one of the interviwers to be brash and somewhat disrespectful, asking me if I could type and if I only applied for the job because I wanted to keep my FINRA licenses. Made repeated comments about "There are no secrets here". Found the interview process as a whole to be the same regurgitated questions and "Tell me about your resume" asked each interview. You would think they'd at least have a Word document with questions and answers already filled so they don't waste everyone's time.
