The Interviewer was really nice. She kept the phone interview short and sweet but was thorough. She gave a better direction to get to the company. I am excited to get an in-house interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Trulite (New Berlin, WI) in Oct 2015
Interview
Two Interviews were give. The first was with the CSR manager and the second with her assistant. Very typical questions like how can you help Trulite be successful? What are your strengths and weaknesses? After the first interview there was a long time lapse and then a second interview was offered with the person responsible for training. Another week to 2 weeks until the offer came. HR emailed handbook after I requested - after the initial offer was sent. HR did not have a solid on-boarding system and it was rather pieced together.
