The interview process was very quick and easy. I had a phone interview one evening with the GM, HR Manager and the Production Manager. They asked questions regarding my experience as a Maintenance Technician. I was asked when I could come in for a face to face interview the next morning. When I arrived, I met with the GM and the HR Manager. We sat and talked for a short time and they explained what direction they wanted the company to go in as far as process improvements. My experience in my career has always been about process improvements and how to make the job easier and more efficient for everyone. They took me on a tour of the plant. I met a bunch of really good people throughout the tour. I felt really relaxed throughout the entire time I was there. I was informed that they were going to make me an offer. The very next day I received an offer letter in my email. They offered me a position as Production Supervisor. It was a pleasant surprise because I thought I would be brought in as a Maintenance Technician.
